In order to adapt to the development of international and domestic enterprises and meet the requirements of national environmental protection and emission standards, our company has established a strong and powerful research and development team of scientific and technological talents, specifically established a technical research center, and conducted production, study, and research activities with domestic experts, Southeast University, and Shanghai University of Technology. Continuously transforming new projects, through independent innovation, we now have a complete set of exhaust gas treatment systems, core technologies for desulfurization and denitrification, mature experience, and successful cases in the chemical fiber industry. Currently, we have successfully researched renewable desulfurization technologies.
This technology blows air into the slurry of the absorption tower, forcing CaSO3 to be oxidized to CaSO4 (gypsum), and the by-product of desulfurization is gypsum. At the same time, blowing in air produces a more uniform slurry, which is easy to achieve a desulfurization rate of 90% and is easy to control scaling and blockage. Due to its low price and ease of transportation and preservation, limestone has become the main desulfurization agent for gypsum production since the 1980s. When choosing flue gas desulfurization equipment for thermal power plants both domestically and internationally, the limestone/gypsum forced oxidation system has become the preferred wet flue gas desulfurization process.
