Waste gas recovery system
The
waste gas generated during the production of viscose staple fibers is
mainly generated during the yellowing and spinning processes of alkali
cellulose. Toxic gases such as CS2 and H2S are emitted during the
yellowing and spinning processes. After condensation, recovery, and
degassing, some of the gases can be treated. However, there is still a
large amount of low concentration waste gas that has not been treated,
resulting in CS2 and H2S gases exceeding national standards being
discharged into the air, affecting the atmospheric environment.
Our
company has adopted a relatively advanced waste gas treatment process,
namely alkali washing+adsorption+condensation, in accordance with
national design standards and specifications and engineering practices.
This process has the advantages of advanced process, strong
adaptability, simple operation, recycling, and reasonable investment.
