1. The production, inspection, and acceptance of standard fiberglass flanges shall be in accordance with HG/T21633-1991 "Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic Pipe and Pipe Fittings" standard. The flange connection size standards shall be in accordance with HG20592-1997, HG20615-1997, HGJ44-1991/HG5010-1958, ASMEB16.5-1996, ANSI B16.5-1988 standards, or made according to user requirements.
2. Prepare the raw materials according to the working conditions to determine the specifications, models, and materials used. After the raw materials enter the site, conduct testing and issue an inspection report.

Features of fiberglass pipe fittings:
1. It has excellent physical properties: the specific gravity of fiberglass pipes is 1.8-2.1, about 1/4 of steel, which is higher than the specific strength of steel, cast iron, and plastic. The weight of fiberglass pipes is generally not greater than 1/3 of steel pipes of the same specification, and the physical and mechanical properties are excellent.
2. It is resistant to chemical corrosion and has a long service life, suitable for conveying various media such as acids, alkalis, salts, and organic solvents.
3. Excellent hydraulics characteristics: hydraulic characteristics are one of the important characteristics of FRP pipes. Excellent hydraulic characteristics mean small fluid head loss, and smaller pipe diameters or power delivery pumps can be selected to reduce initial investment in pipeline engineering, save electricity, and reduce operating costs. The internal surface of FRP is quite smooth, and the general surface roughness can be taken as 0.008, which can almost be considered as hydraulics smooth pipe. During operation, the internal surface of steel pipes, Cast iron pipe, cement pipes, etc. often suffers local corrosion and becomes more and more rough, while FRP always maintains a smooth surface.
